Who turned the lights off? Hex of Blindness is a new item coming to Risk of Rain 2 in Hallowed Concepts. It limits your vision to just 96 meters, shrouding the rest of the stage in utter darkness. You'll have to wait and see which Hallowed Item it transmutes into.
The Infernal Mark is one of the powerful Hallowed Items coming to Risk of Rain 2 with Hallowed Concepts. Attacking an enemy gives a chance to apply a Soul Brand. Soul Branded monsters instantly become targeted by other monsters. Let your enemies do the dirty work for you.

Hallowed Concepts adds two new item tiers: Hexes and Hallowed Items. Hexes: bring suffering to your run with no upside. Hallowed Items: mythical items that grant epic power. You need to first grab the former to transmute them into the latter; how this is done will be revealed at a later date.
