I am so fed up of "experts" making sweeping judgments on what constitutes a "real" condition. It happened with autism, and now it is ADHD's turn. As someone "with ADHD", I don't know the cause, but I know treatment, esp. medication, is live saving. www.theguardian.com/tv-and-radio...

The Great ADHD Myth? review – the most controversial show of the year is here

Dr Max Pemberton isn’t uncompassionate or especially radical, but he assembles a team of medics whose stance on the condition is clear from the off. This is a documentary that will incense and offend ...

I woke up wondering about smell ... 1 hour later I learnt that tobacco hawk moths likely smell with their wings (!) and that dogs, leopard slugs, certain cockroaches & hermit crabs appear to share similar behaviour to smells all with different nervous systems &that dogs may smell like dinosaurs!🤓

I spoke with journalist Simon Gramvik about my new publication, for Kilden Magasin. We discussed how autism is used in pushback against trans healthcare. Thank you, Simon, for a respectful and incisive conversation on an important topic. magasin.kildenkunnskap.no/nb/2026/06/f...

I'm proud to be a co-writer of this opinion piece published in Aftenposten today. My colleagues and I raise our concern for the spread of anti-gender politics in Norway and how this creates a discourse of hate towards especially queer and trans people. www.aftenposten.no/meninger/deb...

Disabled people have unnecessarily died in their 1000s because of cruel and dehumanising process of welfare assessment and the pittance given if you are deemed disabled 'enough'. The UKs recent decision to cut disability payments will only cause more death and suffering.

V. confused by this job offer at Oslo Met. Maybe I am mis-reading but it appears to critique ABA as deviating from Lovaas' guidelines - ABA legitimized electric shocks for autistic children, tried to make gay kids straight and is generally considered abusive. www.oslomet.no/en/work/job-...
