In general, De Niro is a stronger comedic actor than Pacino, but he's never been funnier than Pacino reacting to the Dunaccino commercial in Jack & Jill.

why does elon, himself, not go to the moon. he is obsessed with it and owns a rocket company and he won't go to the moon. he is the only person on earth who could decide tomorrow to go to the moon and he never ever goes to the moon.

Granted I'm not smart enough to be a SpaceX investor but if I was, I think I would have questions about why you need humanoid robots working in factories on the moon, presumably making things that would need to get shipped back to earth

See, I disagree. For all the hate TASM gets, I understand that Peter's moral code more and better, it's just that he slips up in the way a teenager might. The Captain Stacy stuff is the reminder of his moral fixture. Holland's Spider-Man just straight-up does not have one at all.

I agree. But, like, you can still communicate that instead of showing the audience Peter getting bit by the spider *again*, Uncle Ben getting shot *again* and Peter learning WGPGR *again* –– otherwise you just wind up getting a No Frills version of Raimi's first one. Picture unrelated.

I have always disagreed with the Batman/Spider-Man origin comparison. Batman's is incedental, something that happens to him. Spider-Man's is a *choice* that gets Uncle Ben killed and creates his moral code. I don't know what this Spider-Man's deal is beyond "be nice to everybody."

I don't think the problem is necessarily skipping the origin –– for example, The Batman (2022) skipped the origin and still managed to tell an engaging story with the character.

"She was inside my house for several minutes when she left." I think a really smart and convincing way to tell people you're completely innocent is to write your closing argument to the jury when you were completely blackout drunk.

Rep. Max Miller: "My former wife has claimed that during a custody exchange at my home that day, I assaulted her…If I had assaulted her, would she have offered to cook me dinner six days later?"

i keep thinking about spider-man using mass surveillance on civilians and punisher being like "you're my best friend, spider-man" in the same movie
