Yesterday an attorney representing the RNC told the Missouri Supreme Court it would erode public confidence in elections to force voters to vote in districts different than the ones they voted in for the primary. Someone should tell Republicans in Galveston TX. They're attempting to do just that.

CA Supreme Court is now (finally) hearing oral arguments in 2 cases challenging Riverside County Sheriff Chad Bianco's decision to SEIZE voted ballots earlier this year. This matters for the whole country — seizing ballots was unprecedented before this year. Stream: jcc.granicus.com/player/event...

Interesting for TX & elsewhere: the Fourth Circuit has struck down South Carolina's age-based mail voting restrictions, which are very similar to the law in TX & some other states. This could end up going to the Supreme Court, impacting who has access to mail voting in multiple states.
