i happened to come across a peer review i got a few years ago, and i just want to shout out reviewer 2 for calling my use of the term Big Tech "flippant" and "not suitable for an academic journal" (and for calling my writing style in general "breezy")

i have driven many, many, MANY miles in my life. cross country multiple times, etc etc. this weekend i drove up & down the east coast and let me tell you, i have never been so terrified of other drivers. it is a miracle that there aren't more accidents than there already are
