Week 3 on datehunt.co 10 daily players on avg 5,5 returning daily players on avg 81% avg guess correctly I haven’t done any marketing and I’m still not sure what’s the best way to approach it. I think TikTok is interesting but I don’t enjoy video creation :(
I really enjoy adding these animations across datehunt.co - they make the game feel polished. Tiny details but I do think they compound. #buildinpublic

Day 14 on datehunt.co 13 players 7 returning 46% guessed correctly Interest has been falling a bit, not quite sure why. To avoid spamming, I’m thinking of changing these updates to be weekly.
Recently read a blogpost from @NFX about the importance of communities in the new GTM playbook. This inspired me to create one for DateHunt leveraging Reddit: reddit.com/r/datehunt Still in the process of fully fleshing it out but very excited if it works. #buildinpublic

I've run into a problem: it's pretty hard to create good 3D models directly in ThreeJS and people mostly use Bender. Since we're vibe coding, does anyone know a good AI model to generate 3d models? #buildinpublic
5/ Back on this, can now see projects as plants in a garden. Still have to do some work on the actual 3D models but they grow as you grow in MRR. I also need to include the ability to walk through the garden to check out the plants #buildinpublic

4/ Managed to get the grass to work! ChatGPT was the one to actually fix it, wasn't expecting that
3/ Still can't get the grass to work, tried with a couple of models and no luck. In the meantime, a very ugly and basic dashboard, but enough to get the basic things down. I don't really trust AI when it comes to UI so I'll deal with those changes later by myself #buildinpublic
1/ I'm vibe-coding a 3D garden where each of your projects is a plant that grows as you grow in MRR. Sort of a cooler link-in-bio :) Let's see how far AI takes me #buildinpublic
Day 10 of following ChatGPTs plan to reach $100MRR We’ve seen a drop in traffic coming from our Reddit ad campaign, not sure why. I turned off our worse performing ad and created a new one, but we’re getting 50% less traffic. Will look into this today. Stats? 16 users, $0MRR #buildinpublic #saas
Day 9 is done, some first results from our paid ad campaign ChatGPT suggested. Used Reddit ads with a tiny $5 budget, got >60 page views but only one signup. We now have a bit more data for our funnel. I’ll keep the campaign running for a couple of days Stats? 16 users, $0MRR #buildinpublic #saas

After chatting with ChatGPT, we’ve figured out we first need to focus traffic before even working on funnel optimization. So for Day 8, I’ve been working on a small budget paid ads campaign to see if we can get some traffic. I’ll share results after. Stats? 15 users $0 MRR #buildinpublic #saas

Honestly, our PH launch sucked: 2 upvotes, 6 visits, 0 new users signed up. I know I could've done a better promoting it, but I'd still expect more traffic just by being there. Don't know what ChatGPT will suggest tomorrow, but I'm pretty close to moving on to another project. #buildinpublic #saas
