Absolutely. I had to chase an artist down for my commission and while I did eventually get it, the whole experience left a sour note in my mouth. I completely lost respect for the person and I can't really enjoy the finished artwork, unfortunately~ ^-^;
Winty 🐺☕️@winty.art · 13h agoI'm just going to say, having paid up commissioners waiting years for a picture has never been acceptable, & yet i keep hearing about it from friends & acquaintances etc. Commissioners aren't free money loans, & it starts to become sloppy when you're paying off mega late comms with new comms. Eww.
