Currently exiting the “I’m kind of excited for the NLD” phase and entering the “oh shit oh shit oh shit, Spurs play Arsenal this weekend” phase

ESPN now fully integrated on Disney+ in ANZ. Big day!
One of our faves at @espnausNZ so a huge congrats to Jordan Mailata on making history.
Stinking the place up Tottenham. Disgraceful effort.
Great stuff from Loz with Jordan.
"Most remarkable story in NFL history." 🦅 Jordan Mailata shares final thoughts on what the Eagles must do to be victorious in #SBLIX, and he responds to glowing praise from the Eagles' revered offensive line coach Jeff Stoutland. #NFL
Just I just thank the Mavs for supercharging traffic on a sleepy Sunday arvo…..
“The new CBA and the 2nd apron has killed trade period as no one can really make any moves anymore, so we’re really just waiting for Bradley Beal to……I’m sorry I’m just getting a message in my ear…” #nba
So NFL at the G. Talks for nearly a year with 3 states. Rams absolutely. Eagles trickier being East coast. Indications from sources US side that this news is all a little premature and as things stand right now, isn’t totally accurate. Doesn’t mean it won’t happen though.
I can’t love Alyssa Healy more. What a cracker interview.
Within 5 minutes both men’s and women’s teams win test matches and establish dominance. The Australian cricket machine is incredible. The women in particular have obliterated their opposition.
Despite a bumpy start to the season, since getting back into the team in November the girl has been excellent.
Timely post.
Enjoyed chatting to Hurricanes explosive opener Mitch Owen, who has had a breakout season after moving up the order. Hasn’t bowled this BBL, but he’s a genuine seam bowling allrounder. A three-format player who will interest Australia’s hierarchy www.espncricinfo.com/story/bbl-20...
Yes the club sitting on their hands in January has been awful. but we did start this season with Porro/Spence/Udogie/Reggy/Davies/Dragusin/Romero/VdV. How the hell has jt got to this?
The no Spence/Reggy in Europa exacerbates the issue. And then we have Archie at CB meaning 1 less option in CM, and no LB/RB cover. And still now. Reggy on the bench when we are desperate to rest Porro. Yes injuries have been crazy. But decisions have not always been flash.
The sliding doors moment of having Romero and VdV in the Chelsea game. Lose both - 2nd year running - and the knock on effect has been catastrophic. Davies had to play twice a week, broke down. Dragusin/Porro/Udogie had to play twice a week. Now physically and/or mentally broken.
Yep. One piece here then went on to call his description of struggles in a game of tennis as “harrowing”.
The amount of articles I've already seen this morning that from the headline and/or social post appear to be trying to make the reader feel sorry for him is insane. Why should we feel sorry for someone who settled out of court on domestic abuse charges and has faced little to no punishment for it?
The sliding doors moment was the Champions League Final defeat, the choice to invest to kick on or a static retreat into decline, Spurs ambition was summed up that summer. They stumbled into a good manager and team and never had the ambition to build on that luck

AO Day 13: Djokovic retires injured in semifinal
It's men's semifinal day at the Australian Open. Who will advance to Sunday's showpiece match Down Under?

Despite the loss, Dyson Daniels continues to build on offence, this time leading the Hawks' scoring with 20 points while gathering 10 boards to top it off 📈 📊 20 PTS | 10 REB | 2 STL
The Sixers are amazing. No Vince, Hughes, Smith, Abbott, Bird, Hosein, Murphy. And yet they are up to their necks in a final they probably should be. #bbl
