🌟 creative:explorers is our multi-artform project with disabled young adults in Brent. Across three days, participants worked together to design and paint their very own mural. Projects like this provide a vital space for self-expression, collaboration and joy.

Could creativity help us age well? Research led by UCL’s Dr Daisy Fancourt found that engaging with the arts at least once a week was associated with a 4% slower rate of biological ageing. More evidence of the relationship between creativity and our health. #CreativeHealth

Young carers in Barnet transformed recycled materials into sculptures and masks during a recent inspired:arts project. 🎨 Alongside getting creative, participants had time to build confidence, try new things and connect with other young carers. Funded by John Lyon's Charity.

🎨 At our recent art:links project at Lorenco House in Haringey, older adults explored visual arts through painting, drawing and even mask making, discovering new techniques, expressing themselves and enjoying the simple pleasure of creating together. Funded by The Headley Trust.
