Well, seems like the cold weather has set in for a bit. In a lot of ways it is somewhat of a relief for my central nervous system. However, it's also electric blanket season & I am so happy to be wrapped in heated sherpa fleece! Roll on the frosty mornings & crisp evenings. Snuggle season 🫂🥰🫂

Complaining hard for two seconds... Sleep anxiety is horrible. You're trying to fall asleep, but your body goes no, your brain goes no, & then your heart rate kicks up, you feel sick, you start jumping out of really light sleep, like almost dropping off & then BOOM you're jolted awake. Le Fin.
