"Digital sovereignty" is poorly defined. But as @jillian.bsky.social and @evacide.bsky.social explain, it should mean "having the capacity to control one’s digital destiny—though the implications of that will obviously differ considerably whether you’re talking about an individual or a country."

Lumen confirms that it was Amnesty International that sent the DMCA strike. I will be contesting it as this document is a matter of public debate and abusing copyright in this manner to censor it is absolutely disgusting. What complete cowards.
