ok but they're probably unwilling to date "the concept of a bisexual man" bc ive seen what straight women are willing to date and BABY, bisexuality in men is the LEAST of their problems.

one would think that if someone is aware that they're having a mid-life crisis that they're that much better off to get through it but part of me thinks that maybe i should be leaning into it? LOL

i rearranged some of the decor in my room and moved the swans from the wall where the bed headboard is to the opposite so I can actually see them. also including the night terror view for good measure.

Obsession was a movie i watched today. both of the leads were like really hot and really good actors. that was fun but also probably the only time i watch that movie.

Hey PDX and nearby peeps, if you're unaware: Starting next Friday the Rose Quarter Improvement Project is going to impact traffic like a lot A LOT and for the next five weeks.

Significant delays and unpredictable travel times are expected. Crews will repair and reinforce weak areas, replace bridge joints, repave the surface and repaint lane lines on the highway. Travel times may take two to three times longer than usual. Congestion could back up across the Columbia River into Washington and onto local streets in the Portland area. I-5 southbound is expected to be completely closed starting at about 10 p.m. on Friday, September 11. However, there may be I-5 ramps that could start to close an hour earlier at 9 p.m. Travelers are encouraged to allow extra time to get where you need to go and consult navigation tools to plan your route. The highway will reopen as soon as the work is complete. Drivers can expect: I-5 southbound to be closed between I-405 and I-84. I-5 southbound travel to be detoured to I-405 southbound. Regional traffic to be directed to I-205. One lane to the Broadway/Weidler exit to remain open for local and event center access. On-ramps from Alberta, Greeley, I-405 northbound/Fremont Bridge and the Moda Center to I-5 southbound to be closed. I-5 southbound ramp to I-84 eastbound to be closed. I-84 westbound to I-5 southbound to remain open. I-5 northbound to remain open.

a friend of mine recently told me that pattern recognition is a super power, one that you have to learn to be able to turn up and turn down at times. i guess that is healthier than looking at it as a "gift and a curse".
