The Senate has a choice today: stand with survivors or reward the cover-up. The Senate Judiciary Committee will vote on Todd Blanche's nomination for AG. Every senator should choose transparency over the man overseeing the Epstein files cover-up.

Trump’s DOJ is dropping its case against David Hearn, who faced 10 years for “Reflecting Pool damage.” Prosecutors now admit the damage came from a botched installation, not vandalism. A Trump donor got a $1.7M no-bid contract. Hearn got indicted. That’s Trump corruption.

DOJ dropping Reflecting Pool vandalism case against Olympian David Hearn, citing 'flawed' work by contractor

The Justice Department moved to dismiss the criminal case against Olympian David Hearn.

Donald Trump is still defending his $1.8 billion taxpayer-funded ‘anti-weaponization’ fund. He wants billions of your tax dollars available to compensate his political allies. He’s flat out trying to steal your money.

One year later, the damage is clear. DOGE dismantled USAID and slashed the State Department, weakening America's leadership, our national security, and our ability to respond to global crises. We should be rebuilding our public service, and I'll keep fighting to make that happen.

Donald Trump is named in the Epstein files more than 38,000 times. He partied with Epstein at Mar-a-Lago. He even sent Epstein a bizarre birthday note. Given Trump's long history and close relationship with Epstein, it's hard to believe he knew nothing.

As co-chairs of the Federal Workforce Caucus, U.S. Senator Chris Van Hollen (D-MD), Congressman Steny H. Hoyer (MD-05), and I led 43 Members of Congress in filing an amicus brief in Jackler and Jaroch v. Department of Justice.

Taxpayers shouldn’t be paying for this administration’s luxury travel.  Secretary Mullin had every opportunity to commit to selling Noem’s top-of-the-line-taxpayer-funded Gulfstream jets.  Instead, he defended flying home to Oklahoma on them.

Confirming Todd Blanche as Attorney General would reward the man leading the Epstein cover-up. He delayed meeting with survivors. He continues withholding and illegally redacting files. A vote for Blanche is a vote to keep the cover-up alive.

Military bases have suffered more than $15 billion in damage from natural disasters over the past decade. Yet DoD still isn't tracking the full impact. I introduced legislation with Rep. Moylan to fix that and strengthen military readiness.

The Trump White House held a Situation Room meeting to plan the cover up of the Epstein files. This administration promised transparency. Instead, they're still withholding and redacting files. The cover-up must end. Release the files.
