Fitness club keeps the pool too hot (85°F/29°C), and I felt off during lunchtime laps today 🥵 Heavy rain in the middle of my set cleared out the water aerobics class, calming some waves 🌊 I stopped tracking interval times (vibe swimming?) and it was sunny again when I finished 3,000 yards 🏊😎

I did 3,000 yards for my lunchtime lap swim again today ☀️🏊😌 600 free 200 back ⬆️ / free ⬇️ 200 breast / free 200 free 200 back / free 200 breast / free 200 kick 200 back / free 200 kick 200 breast / free 200 IM (a bit of fly for fun!) 200 back / free 200 breast / free ~57 minutes in the water
