Morning. As promised, the first of our Abridged 0 - 1867: Lower Value Human Capital postcards. This one features Moyra Donaldson. We normally don't respond quite so directly (or quickly) to a headline, but Lower Value Human Value was so cold and so Abridged that we couldn't resist.

What a loathsome creature. What's he going to do? Nuke them? That the answer isn't certainly a negative, shows how mad things have become.
