The point of this all is, when they ask about "Defund the Police" or "Abolish ICE", tell them what's really true. We aren't dumb. We know we need some sort of enforcement of laws and a way to maintain security for our borders...but it doesn't have to look the way it does.
Maybe I'm crazy, but I think @abdulelsayed.bsky.social is running a master class on how to campaign as a progressive. Of course we don't care about "men in women's sports" because it's not a real issue getting in the way of anyone's daily life. Let's make sure people have food and health care!
