God I'm so tired. My list of Diagnosis grows,some of them merge/go from Symptom-Diagnosis to a proper one and don't get me wrong I'm grateful I'm finally being seen, and get the help that's needed. But it's exhausting and i am sometimes sad and angry it took so long and so many failures to get there
