In my headcannon, Ghost has a sweet tooth but he refrains himself from eating too much sweet stuff during his time in 141. He developed hand tremors and hence can't snipe well. He then retires and found a peaceful life somewhere in a city. It's the perfect opportunity for him to eat all the dessert he wants. As time goes on, he got a bit fatter and might need some new clothes. By the way I apologise for the very Asian way of sitting on the left lmaooo It just came into my mind.
