When Biden sent stuff to Ukraine, he sent our older stuff and had US manufacturers make new ones for us to keep our stocks up, help Ukraine, and also boost our economy. Trump has alienated everybody on the planet, used up all of our stockpiles, and effed up the economy with his asinine tariffs.
Biden was replenishing our stockpiles with US manufacturers using US union steel. Trump has sent tens of thousands of those jobs overseas and has crippled our supply chain with tariffs and none of our allies want to help us. Maybe we can buy our arms back from Saudi Arabia.

Note, the three other cases linked to Davey Hearns (Judge Todd Edelman joined them for discovery purposes) were all dismissed via Nolle Prosequi, basically prosecutors saying they couldn't be bothered to continue. That gives defendants less means to ask for Edelman to look further.
