Good riddance. If he had any honor he would leave now, but Mike Johnson needs his vote so Republican sexual harassers need to stay around. Probably want to keep young female staffers away from him though.

El-Sayed: There is so much more that unites us, however much we might disagree with our democratic opponent, there is so much more that unites us than divides us. And so to all of our supporters here tonight watching on TV—tomorrow, we begin to mend fences.

An oil spill caused by leakage from a UK-sanctioned tanker grounded for weeks off Oman appears to be expanding dramatically, reaching shorelines and far out to sea, according to experts and satellite images reviewed by The Associated Press.

“The world has lost more than 2.6 billion barrels of oil since the US-Israeli war with Iran began in February”, the head of Saudi ‌oil giant Aramco said, warning global inventories were running low despite measures to reroute flows.

As of now, 44 people have been reported injured in the massive Russian strike on Kyiv and the Kyiv region. Another 17 people, tragically, were killed.
My condolences to their families and loved ones.
It was a heavy strike - 24 ballistic missiles, 4 Zircon/Oniks missiles, and another 115 drones, a significant number of them jet-powered. The main targets of the attack were warehouse facilities belonging to civilian businesses. There were also strikes on infrastructure and a railway station. These facilities had nothing to do with the war - a brewing company, construction materials warehouses, and civilian logistics tacilities.
Ballistic missile interceptors could have saved the lives of those killed today. It is very important that our partners understand that delays in supplying them, or an unwillingness to provide anti-ballistic systems, lead directly to such horrific casualties and destruction. Partners who are not yet ready to play a more active role in supplying interceptors can help by implementing new sanctions. A significant share of Russia's ballistic missile production is still not under sanctions. Even now. New steps are needed - from the G7, the European Union, and everyone who supports the protection of life. Thank you to those who are willing to help in this way.

FFS we cannot keep doing this… A handful of the richest people hoovering up wealth from everyone else while quite literally making the planet unlivable At what point does someone grow a fucking spine and do something?!

Abdul El-Sayed has won Michigan’s slugfest of a Democratic Senate primary, NBC News projects, clinching the nomination over Rep. Haley Stevens and establishing a Midwest beachhead for a progressive left on the march this midterm cycle.

I’d be pissed AF if I’d served in the military and my draft-dodging POS of a president posted this. Americans are dying because of his incompetence and he thinks it’s funny???

On nights like this it’s kinda wild that @abbydphillip & @CNN don’t feel the need to mention @ScottJenningsKY’s podcast bosses at Salem Media are running a pro-Israel influence operation — and that he gets paid by them while he’s on CNN trashing Bernie, @AbdulElSayed, etc
