Conference result days are always a mix of emotions, and we've all been in the position of receiving crazy scores or unsettling reviews. Genuine question: how do people manage students’ requests for letters of recommendation? I would be interested in hearing about the systems and strategies academics use to navigate the multiple requests from students without going crazy. Do you use forms? Spreadsheets? A really tidy email folder?
