We now have 2 antitrust lawsuit decisions against Google where evidence spoliation (eg chat deleting) surfaced or impacted decision with another imminent. 2 more playing out in Courts, unsealing evidence continues today. I don't think this is a good thing to have on record. 1/2

You simply cannot have a right-wing take factory that’s missing most of the journalists and high-information folks from other fields most of the time … and then have it revert to a high-signal real-time information source in a crisis.

hey tech press. if Google pushes you towards a paid proxy or on background, don't let them argue this remedy is beyond scope by ignoring: 3. deny to the defendant the fruits of its statutory violation 4. ensure that there remain no practices likely to result in monopolization in the future.
