he/ia. Yes, the Aotearoa one.

but just because "senate majority leader" has the word "leader" in it does not mean that that's in the goddamn job description & for the next two years in particular the job description is going to be "thankless, hated sin-eater"

National was onto a loser trying to demonise a person who their core normie voter perceives in an innately class-cultural way as their clever-clogs daughter or precocious cleancut grandniece, who they disagree with patronisingly but whose brilliance and ascent reflects well upon them.

Is hating on Chloe working out for the Nats? Because PerthGore Uncle, known Political Idiot, said "I like her! She's very clever. She's just in the wrong party" (and obviously, as I said, he's an idiot, but she clearly comes across well?)

This is bad. The best advice offered in the article is if someone is told they cannot vote without an EasyVote card "ask to speak to the voting place manager.” But you know what's also bad? That when I read this online there are 5 NZ First adverts on the page.

Young Māori and first-time voters are among those reporting being incorrectly told they need an EasyVote card to cast their ballot, as further complaints emerge about voting processes in Māori electorates.
