Levodopa clears quickly, but its long-duration response (LDR) lasts. Our study found LDR explains ~50% of total benefit, stays stable up to 10 years, isn’t linked to motor complications, and is associated with slower Parkinson’s progression. #Parkinsons #Levodopa
