Part of what makes Jack Garland so compelling as an expansion of the character of Garland is that they DIDN'T just give him a child to take care of or a family to protect or whatever. You know how easy it would have been to say actually garland did all of that because he's a dad like any other game

I understand, on an intellectual and dramaturgical level, J Jonah was so often distilled down to "rightwing media crank" for narrative ease and mass consumption, but "JJJ would be posting on bluesky too much (complementary)" is so much funnier.
