warmup: one of the rose doodles from that sheet tried *really* getting into the way i used to ink but using a (digital) brush like i'd *never* have used back then (all i had was bic ballpoints)

I wanted to do a serious painting and record the whole drawing process, just to have an example for the youtube. It ended up taking over 10 hours, so I'll have to do multiple x16 speed edits to make it at all palatable to watch.

Odd girl that does anything she's asked (forma de binary brush.) The backgrounds I do in these pieces are always very easy since I can just use iconography and silhouettes. The only challenge is making them not contrast poorly with the character while also complimenting the scenario. = w=
