Fun with Data Juvenile Crime skyrocketed between the 1960s and 1990s. Gang violence and 'super-predators' dominated the news. Then in 1995 it dropped and kept dropping. No one knows why. Some attribute it to Roe-v-Wade passing 20 years before. Possibly it was all those "violent" FPS video-games.
