Is there a single social media website that hasn't gone completely rancid? this place seemed like it had some potential, but the mod/dev team seems intent on ruining everything for some reason. I'd like to put my work where people can actually see it, but the options are all awful.

I finished up Chapter 2 of Cultic from @jasozzgames.bsky.social a few days ago, enough to do a fanart about it. I meant to finish this a while ago, but I was busy doing an Extreme run.
I neglected to post about it, but I saw @realgdt.bsky.social 's Frankenstein about two weeks ago. There's not much to add that a thousand other people have not already said -- it's an incredible film. If you have any interest in gothic anything or just good art you owe it to yourself to see it.

New TOS is absurd on many levels -- I don't post nsfw on this account (or anywhere) obviously but this kind of bullshit is basically a written letter asking me to leave... I am starting to come around to the idea that social media as we know it may have been one of humanity's greatest mistakes.
The new Borderlands game is pretty good. The important part (combat) is better than ever with a few exceptions, but I felt the story is a little... safe? There's something hollow about it, like they were afraid to try too hard after the screwup of Borderlands 3's story. Still going to replay tho.
