A huge takeaway for me from Mamadani and El-Sayed’s successes is that they’re both nice eloquent young men who keep their composure and remain polite even in antagonistic conversations (without backing down on their beliefs). It feels more revolutionary than it should…
I’ve seen Outsiders twice now, and both times “these choreographers should stage Sweet Charity” was the furthest thing from my mind.

When i was in first grade the principal came to our classroom to tell us that an area girl named Amy Mihaljevic (who did not go to our school) was kidnapped and not to trust strangers. Her body was found shortly thereafter but its still unsolved.
