Got to say, the people of Budapest were great. Wonderful host city. The fan park areas, the staff at the bars and restaurants, the people on the street. What a city. One I plan to return too.

Chelsea will be paying £31.80 lower. Max of £42 upper. Arsenal fans will be paying £55. Arsenal also offer 50% concessions, as far as I can see it’s 25% at Chelsea. After lobbying my own club for absolutely everything in terms of pricing, I hope the same is happening there.

6 years ago today, I had one of my one proudest nights. Arranging a charity gala with 400 wonderful people, raising money for 5 fantastic charities. Food, drink, entertainment, networking, photo booths, live auctions, graze tables, acts - it had it all. Maybe time for a second one?

I had the pleasure of putting a Q to Mikel Arteta at a Leadership conference about how he deals with conflict / awkward conversations - we all have uncomfortable conversations that we ‘know’ we have to do, but equally know, they’ll be difficult.
Great event with Mikel Arteta and Steve Kerr. Not much actual football talk, more about leadership, motivation & mindset.
Onto the next. To go to the champions away, I’d expect to be under pressure & have to dig deep but there was none of that. It was a 0-0 game with one bit of magic (great free kick). We go again, just need to learn to create that chance or two when needed to make the difference.

What an absolute honour to spend time with Arsenal captain Martin Ødegaard in such an intimate setting. It wasn’t just about meeting him - I had the privilege of addressing the room and speaking directly to Martin on behalf of the room. Here’s a small clip from it.
