Heard of a Virtual Power Plant (VPP)? 🤔 When a home battery is connected to a VPP, an energy retailer can distribute the power generated from homes into a co-ordinated, cloud-managed network. Stored power across many households can be orchestrated for grid stabilisation, reducing fossil fuel need!

Before making a purchase, consider this! Can you borrow it? Can you buy it secondhand? Can you repair it? Can you dispose of it responsibly? Can you sleep on the decision? Will it really improve your life? Do you actually even really need it??? 🤔

What are some of the rules you follow in your wardrobe to consume ethically? Here are some of ours: ☀️ Buy only five pieces of clothing each year. 👗 Gift a garment to someone if it hasn't been used in a year. ♻️ Wear clothes until they fall apart.
