the people hating on Hugging Face are destroying any chance society has of a future where technology is created for the public good. People are doing crazy shit with your data, in private, for years. This is the first time we're starting to get these tools in the hands of good people, you & me
merve@merve.bsky.social · 2y agoWhat people don't know when they join bandwagon of hate is that this company cares deeply about ethics and has a great mission. When we label data for model training for instance I know we go through contracts of the labelling company to make sure labellers are fairly paid.
