People are relying on AI because they simply are overstimulated and don't have the time to focus on anything. And maybe many don't have the inclination to focus, or understand how rewarding cultivating the experience of focus can be.
Humans need to come to a different level awareness at this time, not be turning to a false intelligence (AI) to do it for them.
