Using simple Vector Shapes to sketch I love to combine vector design tools and pixel art. The vector tool allows quick creation with basic shapes and very easy editing. It makes it a lot easier to recycle art in order to create variations.

As feedback to a post by a game developer, I decided to pixel a mockup to illustrate my points. I got carried away, and it ended up being a bit more involved... but a lot of fun. It's been quite a while since I last did tiles.
