I’m currently researching and co-writing a paper on Ukrainian wine and how the ongoing war is changing the identity and image of Ukrainian wine through the actions of winemakers and industry.

What if in the 1994… Ukraine hadn’t… in exchange for peace guarantees backed by the USA and others..hadn’t given their nuclear weapons ? Would Russia have invaded Crimea.. Where are those guarantors now ? What are they doing? Why would Ukraine trust a new guarantee?

I’m confused. What is NAFTA ? How limited is it ?
