$0.30/kwh is insane for Level 2 charging. Like why even bother offering the service? The cost is meant to discourage long dwell times, but the charging is so slow you have to dwell. Or you could take your car to a Supercharger (not a Tesla endorsement) and pay $0.40/kwh and charge almost 15x faster.
