I’ve been going through my game design notes and found a speech by the villain, a character that hates (and lacks) imagination. He puts it down as “nothing more than a combinatorial rehashing of reality.” I wrote that ~8 years ago and now the character feels like a semi-prescient proxy for AI slop.
PlayBound is a game about a 6-year-old boy named Kelvin whose parents have become fatally boring. And this is a thread about PlayBound where I’ll be dropping some updates as I rebuild the game in Godot ☺️
