...A lot of voters will have gone for him just to give Trump a kick, so it's not the ringing endorsement it should have been. Many see him as a threat, so he'll have plenty of people trying to derail his plans, and I don't just mean Republicans.

All eyes are now on Mamdani as the public face of the progressive democrats. If he succeeds a lot of voters in other states will think about voting @democrats.org If he fails, it could limit any damage to Trump in the mid terms. He'll have to learn to deal in order to get his programme through.
