If the secret service is so clever to switch planes in a catering truck, why is it they used an "unprotected" plane in the first place? Seems to me they were trying to cover up their first screw up, by sneaking him to another plane. They put unsuspecting people at risk from the beginning.
Wouldn't electrical shock gloves used on large crowds, or used to control and torture people be considered crimes against humanity? And wouldn't they also go against UN and the Geneva Convention? It seems highly unethical, perhaps illegal, for the USA government to buy electrical gloves for !Ce.
