๐ I just finished Day 100 of the #100DaysOfSwiftUI at www.hackingwithswift.com/100/swiftui/... via @twostraws.bsky.social I just sprinted the last few days. Fantastic course, would recommend as a first course to anyone just starting their SwiftUI journey. Will definitely be referring back to these.

A useful Xcode shortcut I just learned ๐ก We can quickly format long function calls or initializers with many parameters by placing the cursor inside the parentheses and pressing Control (โ) + M. Selecting the entire expression will also format values like arrays and closures. #iOSDev #SwiftLang

Great video from @stewartlynch.bsky.social โ youtu.be/ByKmfwrclRA?... TIL: using .monospacedDigit() modifier to stop number jitter on timers/counters (not the point of the video, but something I noticed in the code).

๐ I just finished Day 72 of the #100DaysOfSwiftUI at www.hackingwithswift.com/100/swiftui/72 via @twostraws.bsky.social . Just couldn't get .onLongPressGesture to work inside MapReader {}, work out sided of it. Not planning to use maps anytime soon, so I'm just going to move on.

SwiftUI includes several ways to change the color of text, including foregroundStyle(), tint(), AttributedString, and textRenderer() for advanced cases. My new blog post walks through how they work and which approach to choose for different use cases: nilcoalescing.com/blog/Foregro... #iOSDev
