2000s were rough. I've updated pinbetween.com to show ranking by manufacturer/era. When showing 2000s the top pins are Lord of the Rings, Simpsons Pinball Party, Ripley's Believe It or Not! Those are all very different games, IMHO. Each is fun! The list here at pinbetween.com/rankings/2000s

Strange fact: lower ranked pins can frequently beat higher ranked. I’m calling these Boogymen on pinbetween.com/insights pinbetween is taking multi-dimensional data and making it one dimension. Things may occasionally get lost in that projection. TNA is a Boogyman at the moment.
My Batman 66 had the wrong apron! Previous owner put a plastic one on there to add insider connected. I got the official IC one, which is very nice. pinbetween.com/competitors/...
The Batman 66 turn table mech is really impressive. Here’s a pic from below the playfield. Plus some pinbetween insights about it too! pinbetween.com/competitors/...
Stern Godzilla fans want to play South Park! I was looking at some pinbetween.com data related to Godzilla. Data shows: - Prefer Monster-ish themed pins more than the average player - Dislike the original Sega Godzilla more than the average player - want to play South Park! I like it too.

Polarizing pins like DE Jurassic Park,Doctor Who, Galactic Tank Force are identified by pinbetween.com. People want to play as much as don’t . Perfect split occurred for JP, DW, GTF. I bet Avenger IQ is close with amazing playfield/less fun rules, IMHO. Thoughts? https://www.pinbetween.com/insights
I played Dune/Winchester at Pinball at the Beach & really enjoyed them. I thought it was cool when pinbetween.com highlighted BoF is the only manufacturer with their entire catalog in the top 50. Sure, they only have 3 games, but it's an amazing start.
Brackets are now available on pinbetween.com with Coin Drop. I deployed this last night. Players predict who advances each round. Every correctly-predicted matchup earns you points. Points double each round, so calling the Final right matters! Plus there's an upset bonus! Leaderboard!

Stern Premium+LE pins generally rank 19 positions higher than Pros. New insights from pinbetween available. www.pinbetween.com/insights. Have fun!
New features + top 10 from pinbetween.com. Pin groups now supported (Premium and LEs are together). I’ve curated all the machines. Improved variation in matches. Internal improvements. Added American Pinball games and Chicago Gaming’s Pulp Fiction. I love pinbetweens.com unique top 10 view.
White Water is in demand to be played! I love White Water but wasn’t expecting pinbetween.com to surface it as the #3 game players want to play. This is from live data and may adjust by end of day. Thanks to all who are doing matches on pinbetween. It’s a fun project.
I’ve given a lot of thought into how to handle all the variants. Look for some updates in this area.
I'm curious what this would look like if you combined all the different versions of a machine into one entry.
I built pinbetween.com as a fun project and launched it (beta) a few days ago. It's free. No advertisements. It shows you two machines at a time and asks which you'd rather play right now. It uses cool statistics and math to build up a new type of rankings. Hopefully it's fun too! Try it out?
Why not spent $10 and get a bunch of surprisingly high quality cake decorations for a Jersey Jack Toy Story Pinball?
Looking forward to playing Stern’s Fall of the Empire pinball, but …
My Twilight Zone Pinball had been “under the weather” for the past 11 months. I knew how to fix, but just focused on other things. With 4 hours or so, got TZ up and running this weekend. Just put another 10 games on it, you know, to test it’s working. Damn. I’d forgotten how great this pin is!
Got around to updating Uncanny X-Men to this weeks 0.93 release. It’s great!
Continuing my Capcom Pinball Magic restoration. Here's one of the leaf switches for the slingshots. Pretty clearly human mangled in a poor attempt to adjust it. I did my best to straighten it out, but may get a new one. Working fine now. #pinball www.aaarpinball.com/PinballMagic...
Replaced a nasty plunger rubber tip on my Pinball Magic. It's crazy I didn't replace this sooner. It's trivial to do! I'd focused on replacing rubbers that required removing half the playfield. Here's the bad one and the new one. Yeah, I prefer the white. BTW, Pinball Magic is awesome. #pinball
My beautiful Scared Stiff (Bally, 1996), which I spent a lot of time making perfect, has gone to a new home. Here's her last picture from the garage before loaded up and driven away. #pinball www.aaarpinball.com/ScaredStiff/...
New bezels for tapper and Mario Bros arcade from Phoenix arcade. Just incredible stuff as always
Starting to stencil the black knight pinball. We are going with colors that are metallic and quite a bit more bold than the original, just because.
Pinball Magic has a clear captive ball. Mine was old & ugly, had a strange slot -- maybe this isn't an original but rather something another owner repurposed? Ordered a new acrylic one for about $5 and it looks great. See the old + new below plus installed and lighted up! Looks Great! #pinball
My Pinball Magic (Capcom, 1995) needed its apron refreshed. Here's the installation of a new decal and the results. #pinball
Capcom Pinball parts can be hard to find. When Pinball Magic’s captive ball post broke, I got something close but it didn’t accept a screw cap to hold the post rubber in place. I designed and 3D printed a sleeve + cap. Very happy with results. Pics: broken, replacement no cap, with my 3d print
