I finally made a really lovely cake for my husband's birthday yesterday. I'm so proud of myself although the decadence of this cake is hardcore!
Today is my birthday. Sadly I have a really bad cold but it's been a good day otherwise.
It was a struggle to decorate this year, but I got what I felt like putting out, up. My favorite are the gnomes over the fireplace. They'll be there all winter.
