Het is simpel. D66 en CDA willen dat er een begroting komt die gesteund wordt door het parlement, omdat er anders allerlei dingen mis gaan. De VVD wil z'n zin krijgen en het maakt ze geen donder uit wat de gevolgen zijn als er geen begroting komt. Dus ze kunnen blokkeren tot de anderen toegeven.

Most speed cameras ticket at 11 mph over the limit. So I'm issuing my regular reminder that when it comes to a car hitting a pedestrian, each 10 mph increase in speed significantly raises the victim's risk of death. Chart source: walksf.org/our-work/cam...
