When you are quoted that your taxes will cost $400 to be prepared for you. You show up to the appointment and find out it will actually be $600 and then throughout the appointment the tax guy says "You know what? You can do this yourself. Let me teach you how" then teachs you how for free!

I'd really like to see leadership calling for impeachment and removal, regardless of whether they have the votes to get it done. Same way we called for marriage equality before we had the votes. A leader's job is to lead. If a genocidal threat isn't impeachable, then nothing is.
