Football Card of the Day: 1996 Fleer Erik Kramer One of the great one-year wonders, Kramer had the best QB season in modern Bears history in 1995. At age 31 had nearly twice the DYAR of any other Bears QB season, then hurt his neck after four games of 1996 and was never the same.

Football Card of the Day: 1978 Topps Larry Csonka. This set came in the mail today, the oldest cards I've bought so far. So old that Csonka's card has both AFL and WFL stats on it. My eventual goal is to own at least one set from each year that I've done DVOA (back to 1977).

C.J. Stroud 20th is massive overresponse to the two playoff games. Lower than Aaron Rodgers??? Drake Maye tied with Jared Goff is a small overresponse to the playoffs as well. As always, awesome work by Mike Sando.

Our 2026 NFL Quarterback Tiers results are here. The panel this year consisted of 21 execs and 29 coaches overall. Each voter placed 35 veteran QBs into five tiers, from best (Tier 1) to worst (Tier 5). nyti.ms/4yYcfln

I just saw that Jadaveon Clowney signed with Houston today. I don’t understand how one of those NFC North teams didn’t sign him. They all need edge depth more than Houston does.

Football Card of the Day: 1992 Topps Carl Banks Interesting set for many reasons. 1) Disagreement with NFLPA meant Topps couldn't do most star players in the regular run. They all got done in a "high number" series released late in the year. 2) First set with higher quality white card stock.

Based on an idea from @scottspratt.bsky.social, I re-ran the season sim but penalized Arizona from Week 12 on based on the idea that they will sit Brissett and play Beck if they're out of the playoff race. Drops the Cardinals from 7.1 to 6.3 wins with a slight boost to their Wk 12-18 opponents.
