This is pretty gross of FuturLab. Weird 'leaver' shit aside, not telling employees about their job security does not shield them from the stress of uncertain job security; that part comes naturally. All it does is give the additional stress of a SUDDEN AND IMMEDIATE LOSS OF INCOME
