I’ve thought about buying the Ray-Ban Meta many times. With two young kids and the idea of having a POV camera attached to my glasses that can be used for taking pictures and videos of them without pulling my phone out is really enticing. Until I realize it’s Meta. And how creepy they can be.

I really, really dont understand how some people/companies get the raw, clearly LLM-written text and just slap it on a corporate email and send it along. Do they really think it "looks good"? Or that no one will notice?

Excited to connect w/ IR community at @ecir2026.eu in Delft this week! R&D on search, relevance & evaluation is the foundation any advanced AI deployment in knowledge-heavy domains. The future? Agentic search systems that plan, query, evaluate & iterate, built on proven IR fundamentals. #ecir2026

Pokopia's meta-story is about a generation of adults who disappeared from Pokémon fandom, and now must return to their dusty memories, clean them off, and use them to rebuild their affection for dozens of little critters they'd long ago forgotten. It's a literal re-entry point for the series.

It takes local champions that act to build digital sovereignty. That’s why Zeta Alpha is teaming up with OEDIV, part of the Dr. Oetker Group, to deliver Sovereign AI and to securely connect companies’ internal knowledge with locally run AI models. 🧵 1/6 Reach out via lnkd.in/dktJM9W to learn more.

Shipping a GenAI solution in production with a clear path to ROI is hard. In our latest post, we outline key challenges in Enterprise RAG, go beyond the basics with agents, and explore how automatic optimization can adapt these systems to domain-specific needs. www.zeta-alpha.com/post/why-gen...

Just officially finished(?) Blue Price, or at least as far as the community is aware of its end. My life goal is to make someone else play it without touching Google, and make them rely on me for tips and guidance. Is that how DMs feel like?

AI tools will reduce the need for software engineers the same way that no-code tools reduced this. Being able to specify what software you want to build, how it should be structured, and how *exactly* it should work is... programming. And getting into the weeds, when needed.

Next week I will be going on a 15-days trip to Brazil for two weddings. It’s the first time since high school that I will spend that long without working (or at least trying). And the first time in 5 years I will spend that long without wife and kids. I think I will die of boredom.

📢 Zeta Alpha is going to OpenSearchCon Europe 2025 📢 We are excited to be contributing back to the OpenSearch community, sharing insights from our work in Enterprise AI, Neural Search, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). Learn more about our talks at the conference below: 🧵

Agents are all the rage - and for good reason. While the concept of agents has been around for decades in traditional software engineering, recent AI breakthroughs have brought them back into the spotlight.
