Spooky-ooky queer woman. Storyteller of Vampire the Masquerade and other ghoulish things. Obsessed with classic horror movies. I want to live in a crypt. Normal human and totally not a vampire.

I'm a big believer of going along with your players. For example with the "Ninja Nun encounter" my players had, they came across one of their allies crucified with tubes sticking out of their arms that the Nuns were drinking from. The Nuns were going to be ghouls BUT my players decided that -

Yaaaay my Vampire game went great tonight! I took them though a little duengon I cooked up to save their Kindred friend. We had so much fun that I think I might make maps more often. Fucking hell I love this hobby

DBT therapy is great it's like hay, here's a buncha life hacks for you to help you be more effective when you're interacting with people to help bring peace and joy into your world

Can I be real for a moment? I really miss being married. My marriage wasn't perfect, but damn it was really good and I loved my wife with all my heart. I lost her when I came out as trans and I feel like I've been chasing that domestic bliss ever since then. Big sigh.

I'm really hoping that V6 shapes up as the devs gather feedback from all the testers. When I do my streaming game I want to be using the current system and updated meta. Worst case scenario I can just do V5 but again, I'd really like to be using the current edition.

I'm excited about my Vampire the Masquerade game tomorrow. I have a plot where a beloved NPC is kidnapped by the SI (Ninja Nuns!) and they're going to have to go through a little dungeon I've prepared to save them! I normally do theater of the mind so I'm giving my players the dungeon map as a treat

Just finished today's EMDR session and so far I've been really happy with the results. It's definitely work but it's good work. If anyone is dealing with traumatic incidents in their past that they would like to get a handle on I would strongly recommend it.

Doing something I normaly don't do and making a map for my VtM game on Sunday. It's going to be pretty simple and serve as the underground base for a group of Inquisitor Nuns! (The worst kind on Nun to be sure.)

A rough and very unfinished map is pictured.

My MOM is ventureing up from the foul depths of Florida to visit myself and my incredible partner and we're all going to Palm Springs in November. It might be the last time I get to see her so I really want to make it a good trip.

Lots of very strong opinions about V6 on the interwebs today which is understandable. I'm reserving most of my judgements for a little bit as I learn more. Also it's Alpha so a lot can change between now and release.

So this is apparently a play test charecter sheet for Vampire the Masquerade 6th Edition at gencon. Not sure how I feel about it yet as a ton of context is missing from the discussion at this point but I WILL have opinions I'm sure

Re: My Chicago Cam chronicle ending. Now that I've had a little space to think about it I'm wondering if I should just call that project "done" and use the freed up energy to focus on the streaming show I'd like to do. I'd said I was aiming to have it started by the end of the year. Hmmm.

My Chicago Cam players are interested in new characters which is fair as I've been running the same game for a few years now. I brought up that mabey we could have a change of setting to my San Diego By Night, so it ooks like I'll be ending my first chronicle and started a new one soon.
