This really isn’t that hard. Vote for whoever you want in the Primary. In the General election, vote for the winner of the Democratic Primary. Otherwise we’ll get more Republicans, which is the party that sent masked thugs to assault, kidnap, and kill my neighbors.

New in PN: Moderate Democrats have a choice to make "They can spend the next three months reinforcing Republican messaging about their party & making it less likely Dems take power. Or they can put the 'battle for the soul of the party' off for a while and do what they can to help their party win."

Where is the press conference where all the Senators and Representatives stand together and condemn state-sponsored murder and affirm that they will not vote for a budget that funds a lawless murderous agency? Where is it? Did I miss it?

We shouldn't have to beg senators to do the right thing. I've made my calls. They should be fighting for us, and we shouldn't have to beg them to do it.

"I can't figure out what that is, but it seems too important to throw away." So we will have a circular object made of hard black plastic sitting in a drawer in our house forever.

I only allow myself 1 or 2 martinis a year. Starting the new year with a martini. I think it’s going to be a year that requires martinis. 😆😆

James: A Novel by P. Everett, a passage struck me. "At that moment the power of reading made itself clear and real to me. If I could see the words, then no one could control them or what I got from them...It was a completely private affair and completely free and, therefore, completely subversive.

I went to a Christmas cookie/candy sale at a local church this morning, because I don't bake. Now having homemade gingerbread and fudge for breakfast. Very nice.
