Our Affordable Virginia Agenda lays out commonsense policies to make life less expensive. When Virginians elected us in November, they sent a message — they want lower costs, and they want results. Time to get things done. www.washingtonpost.com/dc-md-va/202...

I’m saddened to hear about Bill Martin’s tragic passing. He exemplified the best of Virginia — developing a deep knowledge of our past and determining how it can inform our future. Adam and I are praying for Bill’s family, friends, and the Richmond community. richmond.com/news/local/a...

In less than ONE month, my administration will get to work to enact our Affordable Virginia Agenda. Working with our General Assembly, we’ll lower healthcare, energy, and housing costs in 2026 — and beyond. It’s time to put Virginia families first.

Let’s make Virginia more affordable. In my new @FoxNews op-ed, I discuss how high costs are more than a quality-of-life issue — they’re an issue of economic competitiveness. We must keep America’s best employees and talent right here in the Commonwealth. www.foxnews.com/opinion/im-n...

As we gather for Christmas, please join me in thanking those who make the holidays possible. Thank you to our servicemembers, National Guardsmen, law enforcement officers, first responders, and healthcare workers — who often sacrifice time with their own loved ones to keep us safe. 🇺🇸

I am heartbroken to learn that Mukhammad Aziz Umurzokov — who just graduated from Midlothian High School — is among the victims of the horrific act of violence at Brown University. Adam and I are praying for his family and all those impacted by this tragedy.

13 years ago today, a gunman murdered 20 children and six educators at Sandy Hook Elementary School. Years later, there is still much work left that must be done to protect our children and our communities from gun violence.

I am horrified to wake up to the news of an antisemitic terrorist attack that took at least 11 innocent lives at Bondi Beach in Australia. On the eve of Hanukkah, we must remember that only light can drive out the darkness of hatred and antisemitism.

Last month, Virginians made clear that they want a Governor who is focused on getting things done. From Day One, my administration will be relentlessly focused on building a stronger, safer, and more affordable Commonwealth for all Virginians.

Throughout my campaign, I met Virginians from all walks of life who wanted leaders who put Virginia first, regardless of their party. As Governor, I will work with anyone — Democrats, Republicans, and independents — to build a stronger, safer, and more affordable Virginia.

I’ve heard from Virginians across the Commonwealth who struggle with the high cost of living — from skyrocketing energy bills to rising housing costs. My administration is ready to hit the ground running on Day One to begin building a more affordable Virginia.

Today, we honor the thousands of servicemen, servicewomen, and civilians killed and wounded in the attack on Pearl Harbor. We must always remember their sacrifice and continue to live up to the ideals of freedom for which they lost their lives defending our great nation.

Today, the Virginia Chamber of Commerce presented me with Blueprint Virginia 2035. This document provides a roadmap for building an economy where every Virginian can earn a good living — and where businesses know they’ll have access to the top talent in America. Thank you!

Virginia — one month ago today, we sent a message heard across the country. And over the past 30 days, we’ve gotten to work — appointing members of my Administration’s cabinet and preparing to deliver for Virginians on Day One.

Today, I met with members of our United for Virginia’s Future Transition Committee to discuss how my Administration will work to deliver real results across the Commonwealth. Together, we’ll build a safer, stronger, and more affordable future for all Virginians.

Virginia, it’s Small Business Saturday! Today is a great day to shop at one of our Commonwealth’s many amazing small businesses. Virginia’s small businesses are the hearts of our local economies. As Governor, I will work tirelessly to support them.

Happy Thanksgiving, Virginia! 🦃 I was so grateful to spend yesterday with my family preparing Thanksgiving meals with The Giving Heart in Richmond. From my family to yours, we’re wishing all Virginians a joyous, safe, and restful Thanksgiving.

I am horrified to hear that two National Guardsmen were shot this afternoon in Washington D.C. I’m grateful for law enforcement’s quick response — Adam and I are praying that the guardsmen make a full recovery as we await further information on their condition.
